As you are aware, COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on society across the country. The health and safety of our players, sponsors, volunteers and the golf course staff is our top priority. Certain precautions and guidelines have been implemented to help minimize the risk of spreading the virus. These precautions and guidelines have been outlined below.

  • Wash hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.

  • Avoid touching your face.

  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.

  • Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces often.

  • Maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet.

  • Use cloth face coverings when social distancing can’t be observed.

  • Stay home if you feel sick.

  • Contact and follow the advice of your medical provider

  • An electronic release/waiver must be signed by all attendees in advance.

  • Golfers will be assigned designated check-in times to eliminate mass gathering.

  • Golfers must wear a mask and social distance while in the registration area.

  • A hand sanitizing station will be available in the registration area.

  • Pre-event activities (mulligans, super ticket, raffle tickets, etc.) will be managed
and delivered electronically to eliminate in-person interaction.

  • Each golfer should be prepared to handle and care for their own bags and equipment. Staff may not be allowed to handle.

  • All golf carts will be washed and pre-sanitized prior to your use.

  • Single rider golf carts are available to any participant upon request. We need 72 hours advance notice to ensure the course is properly notified.

  • Attendees are encouraged to bring their own personal sanitation supplies.

  • The golf course has eliminated the use of rakes and pulling of pin flags.

  • Golfers should proceed to the tee box after the previous group has cleared.

  • There will be no banquet service; food and beverages will be provided to
golfers on-course by catering staff through designated food stations, personal
delivery to foursomes, course snack stand/bar, and/or beverage carts.

  • An electronic scoring app will be utilized by foursomes during the round to post their scores after each hole.

  • Tournament results will be posted on the app as well as the event website; team awards and contest prizes will be delivered to winners

  • Raffle prizes will be pre-pulled, winners will be notified via text message, and prizes may be claimed by winner prior to leaving the course
